Fitness Center
The fitness center is outfitted with state-of-the art exercise equipment including:
Strength and Stretching Equipment Cardio Equipment
Icarian free weights 3 Precor elliptical machines
Incline, decline and flat benches 3 Life Fitness treadmills
Icarian roman chair 3 Life Fitness bikes
Precor stretching station
Precor - Icarian Functional Cable System
Hoist - Leg Press
- Workout accessories are also available including mats, medicine balls, fit balls, jump ropes, stretchcords and balance boards.
- In order to use the fitness center members must be 16 years of age or older unless under supervision of their personal trainer.
Personal Trainers
Members are permitted to bring their own trainers to the fitness center after notifying the Recreation Director. The fitness center will also provide the names of personal trainers for those members looking to hire someone.
Cardio Theater System
All the cardio machines are equipped with the Cardio Theater system, which will allow you to select from various television stations. All headphones are compatible with the Cardio Theater system. You can purchase headphones at the front desk or you can bring your own. |
